Robert mentioned that he would have wished to have known about this
earlier, but he is now stuck with Django. So I am posting this for
reference in case someone else is interested. A really, really simple
(yet still very useful) workflow centric CMS built with Grok.

The design goals were the exact ones you mentioned above (i.e.
basically no user configuration). But under the hood the code is
simple enough so you can customise it any way you choose. My coding
skills are not very impressive, but this has really solved the admin
needs in my projects, including CMS-solutions.
