[Grok-dev] 1.0 open bugs

Hi,

Here is a 1.0 bug report. We've still got a number of bugs that are 
relatively old with a 'new' status. Could we spend some time moving 
these bugs off of the 'new' status? (Preferably off of the bug list 
entirely!) The date listed for each bug is the date it was last touched.
