[Grok-dev] Problem following the tutorial "Make use of add-ons via eggs"

Hi,
I'm using Windows XP and I tried to follow the instructions  written in  "
http://grok.zope.org/documentation/how-to/make-use-of-add-ons-via-eggs"
tutorial and  faced the follwoing error when running bin/buildout.exe
"Error: Couldn't open C:\megrokformexample\bin\buildout.cfg".

I followed all the steps in the tutorial and had the error in the last step
which is :

C:\megrokformexample\bin>buildout.exe

While:
Initializing.
Error: Couldn't open C:\megrokformexample\bin\buildout.cfg


Could you help me in solving this problem.
