The widgets should not be grok-specific: this is a general formlib issue
which anyone who uses formlib runs into. Grok notices it, Plone notices
it, and anyone else using formlib directly.

Unfortunately at the moment that also means there can be no dependencies
on zope.* packages, since those are impossible to use in Zope 2.10.
Hopefully that will improve with Zope 2.11 which is based on the KGS and
one can only dream that Zope 2.12 will be egg-based.
