Thanks for stepping up.  Carlos, Martijn, Luciano, and I are now listed
as moderators;  Philip v. is the (named) list admin.  That should give
us decent coverate across Western Europe and the Americas;  I guess it
would be ideal to add an Oz / Eastern Asia person to complete the coverage.
