Hey, Todd, thanks for the contribution.

Your message was stuck in a moderation queue by accident, please
forgive our delay in acknowledging it.

We will publish your instructions in our new web site (under
constructions). The instructions you have sent apply to which version
of Mac OSX? And which version of Python came with it?

I use Mac OSX 10.4 "Tiger", and I am a fan of MacPorts, so that is
what I used to install Python 2.4 recently (Tiger shipped with Python
2.3). Previously I tried compiling, but readline was not linked for
some reason, so I was not very happy with the result.

Some Zope core developers recommend that you always compile the Python
you intend to use with Zope, but some of us in the Grok community
don't think we should demand that from Grok users.
