I've adjusted the 'janjaapdriessen-grokcore.component-for-megrok.kss' 
branch of megrok.kss and the trunk of five.grok. I've also adjusted 
megrok.rdb, but since I discovered that there were not tests yet nor 
that couldn't I start the demo application without PostgreSQL running, I 
made a branch called 'declarative-directives'.
