[Grok-dev] releasing 0.12.1

Hi there,

We should release 0.12.1 soon, as otherwise it'll be less useful (0.13 
is following soon). Before we can release we should:

* make sure the CHANGES.txt is up to date. I know it isn't, as Philipp's 
fix to the REST support didn't end up in CHANGES.txt. Philipp, can you 
please fix this? Anyone else who backported changes to 0.12 and forgot 
to update CHANGES.txt?

* make sure we can actually release this to our website. Kevin Teague, 
what needs to be done to update the website to 0.12.1? Either you make 
it easy for us, or you be on stand-by to update during release time. :)

* need a release manager. JW, you want to do the release management again?

* set a date. I propose sometime next week.
