I dug up an old Windows 2000 vmware image. Then installed python 2.4.4 
on it, checked out Grok 0.12 branch, ran bootstrap.py, bin/buildout and 
bin/test.

No test failures reported.

Does this the warrant the claim "tested on Windows"?
