Hi there,

The immediate action we should take is to make sure the we have a proper 
Grok 0.13 tarball and simply replace the current one with it. It's a bit 
risky in that we replace a released version, but we're just adding a few 
more packages to our tarball "repository".

Right now, the whole idea of eggbasket is defeated - I end up getting 
sourceforge errors on docutils currently, and since it doesn't fulfill 
the requirements it seems to want to grab that tarball a lot of times...
