[Grok-dev] Five.grok

Hello,

   I would like to merge my branch of five.grok.

   The changes are:

   - Support for formlib forms, like in Grok.

   - Support for the static/ directory to export resources, like in
Grok.

   - Support for namespace and default_namespace in Zope 2 templates:
these options were added in the 'options' namespace in the Zope 2
template, instead of pre-defining the namespace itself. I changed that,
so now you can for instance implements Viewlet, Viewlet Manager or
Content Provider like in Grok, setting the view to the real view (but
not the current context of the template).

    I think maybe this last change can have incompatibilities with
existing code (I think of Martin code maybe), but since it's still the
development version, and there is not yet any release that it's fine to
fix that.

    If you have no objection I will do that soon (today if possible).
