[Grok-dev] preparing for the 0.14 release

Hi there,

The 0.14 release is soon upon us. It will feature the extracted admin 
UI, so that's one more package to release. We also will need to release 
a grokproject that has a template that actually pulls in the admin UI again.

This needs to be worked on so when we go and release, everything is 
there, documented, upgrade notes written, etc.

Volunteers? The essential thing is a report to this mailing list so that 
JW knows what to do (we will integrate it into the release docs), and we 
know how to test things. If there any blockers, we need to know of this 
as soon as possible too.
