[Grok-dev] Does something depend on grokcore.startup? Was: release 1.0a2 release preps.

Generated (paster-based) grokprojects depend on grokcore.startup.
`grokproject` itself does not, neighter does grok (yet) IIRC.

I am curious: why should we need another release?
