[Grok-dev] updating the documentation on grok.zope.org

I updated the script

/var/www/build-html/build.sh

to also build the docs for 1.0a2.

However, I couldn't find where the suppposed cron job is configured that
would update the docs on a daily basis. And also, under what user should
I manually run the script? I have now run the script with sudo.
