[Grok-dev] syncing versions.cfg in grokcore.* family

Hi,

I realized the grokcore.* family of packages each have a versions.cfg. I
*guess* practically speaking these lists need to be updated to (and
tested with!) to whatever Grok chooses as its KGS every now and then, right?

(at least that's what I'm doing in the process of releasing these
packages working towards releasing grok itself).
