[Grok-dev] grokcore.startup integration

Hi there,

I'd like to integrate grokcore.startup into grok. I.e. I would add it as
a dependency, import the main functions in grok.__init__ and add some
examples in the docs.

This way we could move it out of grokprojects generated versions.cfg.

Are there any objections?
