[Grok-dev] megrok.menu 0.2 released

Thanks! the zcml trick did it.
Though I think I'll try the z3c.menu.* packages later on, because I'll need
the Global.Site items and context specific items, and I don't really see how
to do that easily with megrok.menu. I'll check out the  megrok.ootbviewlets
package and see how things were done there.
