[Grok-dev] upgrade zope.testing: code coverage reports

Hi all,

I propose upgrading zope.testing from 3.6.0 to 3.7.3.

3.6.0 has a bug that interacts badly with the --coverage coverage reports
generated by bin/test. If I upgrade zope.testing, grokcore.component jumps
from 69% to 96% coverage :-)
