[Grok-dev] libraries to use with Grok

I "merged" Martijn's and Martin's documents, combining and expanding 
the list, while reducing or re-contextualizing heavy Plone references.
I'm not sure how well it came off.

I included Martin's points about choosing a namespace for new 
packages (with some reduction of Plone-specific references), as
this seemed useful for all Python/Zope/Plone/Grok developers.

It is not in the site's navigation yet, because I would like to get 
some review by others (especially the source authors).
