[Grok-dev] getMultiAdapter error

Hi,
I am getting stuck with the following piece of code.
Could someone explain me why the following error is sent when the Index 
view is rendered (although the multiadapter has been registered):

    raise ComponentLookupError(objects, interface, name)
ComponentLookupError: ((<class 'adamatest.menus.EditMenu'>, <class 
'zope.publisher.browser.TestRequest'>), <InterfaceClass 
zope.app.publisher.interfaces.browser.IMenuItemType>, 'amenuitemadapter')
