[Grok-dev] grokproject putting Data.fs under parts/*

I think it'd be worthwhile if someone brought this up on zope-dev. I'd 
like to see what some Zope 3 developers have to say about this pattern. 
  Perhaps there are good arguments against this and I wonder what they are.

Then we can see whether we want to go there with Grok and what this 
would take.
