[Grok-dev] z3c.recipe.eggbasket: use download-directory

I modified ~/.buildout/default.cfg
eggs now appeared in the expected folder.
I made another attempt to check the eggs are used.
I can now see requests to overwrite files, " Overwrite xxxxxx, [y/n/d/B/?] "
I did not see before.

This was done under Vista SP1, with python 2.5.4
