[Grok-dev] Upgrade to Grok 1.0a1

This may sound like a dumb question, but being new to Grok, I'm not sure 
I understand the upgrade path.
I downloaded and installed Grok on a Kubuntu workstation a couple of 
months ago.  What needs to be done to upgrade to Grok 1.0a1?  If I run 
buildout again, are Grok components upgraded automatically?  Or, do I 
need to download and uninstall/install some software?
