[Grok-dev] megrok.layout release

Hello Grokkers,

We are proud to inform you that we released our first version of
megrok.layout today.
It's a package based on the pagelet concept but that only depends on
grok and provides a real object of the Layout.
It allows you to have common methods and even resources on the Layout itself.
