[Grok-dev] Tutorial Update

How often is the Grok tutorial updated from source code to the website?

Martijn had made a change to the source on 2009-01-12, and it is still not showing up.

Also, the "Also available as PDF" link is still dead.  Maybe it would be better just to remove that link.  People can find a way to make their own PDF, if they really want it.  Having the first link in the main tutorial be broken makes a bad first impression for the rest of the documentation.
