The trunk has a locked down versions.cfg, so we shouldn't be getting 
zope.container as it's arrived since after our refactoring.

zope.container arriving implies that we haven't locked down everything 
causing this to break. We really don't want to ship with zope.container 
yet in the 1.0x series.
