[Grok-dev] buildout.cfg: find-links location

IIRC this was, because some megrok.xxx eggs often used with grokprojects
rely on on eggs not stored on PyPI. Namely megrok.form. With the
upcoming megrok.form release we should get rid of it.

BTW: what is the current status of the megrok.form refactoring?
