[Grok-dev] Grok book now available for sale

I don't think that will be a problem, because the focus of the Grok
1.1 release is to use the Zope Toolkit as a base, which doesn't change
Grok itself. Other than the new Grok Admin UI, I don't see anything in
the release plan that could be very different.
