[Grok-dev] How do I use browser-specific stylesheets with grok?

Hey,

It'd be interesting by the way to teach hurry.resource about 
browser-specific stylesheets. We could add an option to resources that 
can indicate "IE-only"ness. hurry.resource would then use whatever the 
best practice tricks are to make sure resources are only loaded when 
that browser is used.

There's a difference here in CSS and non-CSS resources however, which 
makes it a bit odd for javascript..
