Strange. It looks like we definitely want to turn allow-picked-versions 
to false otherwise we'll keep running into issues like this with grok.

How to pin it. Go to 'buildout.cfg':

add a section [versions] if it's not there already, like this:

[versions]
zope.app.container = 3.8.1

Re-run buildout (bin/buildout).
