[Grok-dev] Whats wrong wit my update method

Hi Lumir:

 >      def update(self,text):
 >          self.context.addBarcode(text)
 >          self.redirect(self.url('index'))

in your update method you NEED the parameter text.
This means if you call:

http://localhost:8080/test/addbarcode

Grok try's to execute update but without the text parameter.
So maybe this helps:

def update(self, text=None):
     if text:
        self.context.addBarcode(text)
        self.redirect(self.url('index'))

This means you only add BarCodes if text != None
