For Python 2.6, binaries are available for both 32 bit & 64 bit.

64 bit binaries for Python 2.5 & 2.4 is not a good idea as
there are issues.  Python 2.6 would be better for 64 bit Windows.

But there are some 32 bit binaries for Python 2.5 & 2.4 missing.
If that is not a blocker, I think you can proceed with 1.1 final release.
