[Grok-dev] Volunteers wanted as contacts for #grok channel

Hi,

in order to register #grok as a primary freenode channel, a few people
are needed to maintain contact; one primary and a few secondary
contacts. The primary contact will be contacted by phone to complete
the registration process.

Advantages of being registered will be:
* have some channel operators that will be able to change the topic
* #grok will be listed in the channel list
