[Grok-dev] registering vocabulary

I was used to register a vocabulary with grok.global_utility but in 1.4 
now the lookup fail.

Registering the vocabulary factory directly with

getVocabularyRegistry().register(u'my_vocabulary',
                              MyVocabulary())
seems work fine.
Something has changed and is this the correct way to register
vocabulary factories in grok now ?
