[Grok-dev] Maintenance releases for Grok (1.3.1) and grokproject (2.5)

Hi,

The Grok development team has made maintenance releases for Grok (1.3.1) 
and grokproject (2.5).

The Grok 1.3.1 releases contains bug fix releases of several packages, 
but most importantly now use the "proper" ZTK 1.1 release. The list of 
Grok specific package version can be found here:

The grokproject release (2.5) improves on the "allowed" names check for 
newly created projects. For one, the improved check will try to import 
the given name before creating the project's directory. If the name is 
"importable", it might not be such a good idea to use that name.
