[Grok-dev] grokcore.view without static grokker

Hi all,

I removed the static grokker from grokcore view in order to be able to
replace the 'static' behavior with *fanstatic* behavior. The changes
are accumulated in grokproject trunk.

Does anybody object to me releasing this?
