[Grok-dev] community docs: author and version designation

Hi,

I started adding author and version designation in the community docs. 
There are lots of documents that lack this information.

If you every wrote or contributed to a document, could you please amend 
this information? If you do not have bitbucket access to the grok-docs 
you can either send me a patch, or just plainly the required information 
so I can add it. Thanks!
