[Grok-dev] duplicate error logging

In a project depending on the most recent version of the groktoolkit
errors are logged twice. Previous versions of groktoolkit do not have
this problem.

I traced this back to the update of zope.app.appsetup [1] in which
copy_to_zlog is set to True.

I don't have a clue about how to proceed now. Help is much appreciated.
