My agenda points:

1) release grokcore.component with Subscriptions feature
2) release grokcore.view with even more template association fixes 
(needs more tests)
3) release a Grok 1.3.1 using the ZTK-1.1 proper. When it is released.
4) do the aforementioned releases already warrant a Grok 1.4?
