 * Fixed the example to use &#39;grok.restskin()&#39; rather than RESTProtocol<br>
 * Modified the wording to refer more to rest skins rather than rest protocols<br>
 * Added an example of applying a skin upon traversal to avoid &quot;++rest++&lt;restskin&gt;&quot; in the URL. <br>
