[Grok-doc] python 2.6 and the docs

Hi there,

The new situation for Grok 1.1 is that Python 2.6 is now supported, 
Python 2.5. Python 2.4 will work but is deprecated.

We need to update the documentation (website, official docs) to reflect 
this situation. I've done the most obvious ones (Grok tutorial in 
release docs, and 'downloading grok' on website), but there's likely 
references to Python 2.4 hanging out elsewhere.

Could some documentation volunteers look into this and fix things up?

For the official docs, please update it in the 1.1 branch as well as in 
the trunk. For the website, just fix the website.
