[Gsoc] not subscribed to google-summer-of-code-mentors-list

Alô Leonardo,

o registro automático na lista de mentores não é consistente. Você tem 
que se inscrever.

O importante é você se inscrever pelo menos temporáriamente e se 
apresentar em

porque uma boa impressão dos mentores da ZF na gerência da Google SoC 
pode ter uma influência no número de bolsas concedidas.

Fora isso, eu vou procurar trazer os assuntos principais para gsoc at zope.org.
