[Gsoc] early voting

Hi there mentors,

Some of you (you know who you are) started voting already, though I
asked everybody to wait a bit. Now the temptation for other people to
add their votes is increased. Let's please wait a couple of days until
we say "go!".

If it's possible to undo your votes, please do so . Perhaps by
compensating with the opposite? People have unlimited votes, the docs
say:
