[Gsoc] Status update: evaluation phase continues, voting doesn't start yet

Hi Malthe,

it's no great damage, we forgive you. The main thing is to follow 
Martijn's moderation during the general ranking.  We don't know how many 
ZF projects Google is going to fund yet.
