[Gsoc] Wiki for GSoC

Hi Aroldo,
          I found that you created a wiki page for GSoC 2008
in Zope 3 wiki (thanks !). Zope 3 is not the only project of ZF
eligible for GSoC.  So, I think we can move the wiki page out of
Zope 3 wiki to a wiki I created specifically for GSoC here:
http://wiki.zope.org/gsoc
If this is fine, I can help to move pages.
