Hi,
   As soon the date of submission is over and based on
our slots, we will evaluate and rate your applications.
So, you still have chance to improve proposals.

If we get more than one proposal for same topic,
it may result in losing one.  We have tried to avoid
this situation by giving hints.  So, have a look at
your proposal page always for comments and suggestions.
