[Gsoc] is Zope participating in 2009?

For orgs that have been rejected you can speak to lh (Leslie
Hawthorne) in #gsoc on Freenode during her office hours and find out
why you weren't selected and what you could improve on for next year.
The list of orgs participating has been cut down significantly this
year compared to last year - so it's a lot more competitive. But
there's no reason you won't be able to participate next year.
