[Interface-dev] New zope.interface release

Howdy!

I've made a final release of the stand-alone package for
zope.interface.   This is exactly the same code as is included in the
ZopeX3 3.0.0 final release, but in a smaller package for people only
interested in the interface code.

The package includes the Python packages "zope", "zope.interface", and
"zope.interface.common".  The support packages "zope.testing",
"zope.interface.tests", and "zope.interface.common.tests" come along
for the ride.
