[Zconfig] Problem building ZConfig under Python 2.1?

Hi,
Hmm... I got the cvs instructions from the page below, and cannot seem
to find any instructions on that page for accessing the subversion
server. (Also, have never used subversion).
Can you update the page below, and/or illuminate?
