Yep, that's definately out of date.

There is a series of formal releases available at:

    http://www.zope.org/Members/fdrake/zconfig/

I'd strongly suggest using those if at all possible, but Python 2.1 is no 
longer supported.  You may need to do a bit of work to make it usable there.  
I'd be glad to integrate any patches to do so.
